At Diado Clothing, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Return/Exchange
- You can return or exchange items within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
- Customized or printed t-shirts cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or printing error.
- Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the product is damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Email us at support@diadoclothing.com with your order ID and reason for return.
- We’ll send you instructions and a return shipping label (if eligible).
- After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and initiate the exchange or refund within 5-7 business days.
